Carla Rodrigo<\/a><\/strong> sigue rompiendo barreras a sus apenas 16 a\u00f1os. Una de las crossfitters m\u00e1s prometedoras del momento regresa de los Crossfit Games<\/strong> 2024<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>disputados en EEUU como mejor espa\u00f1ola<\/strong> y con el 26\u00ba mejor puesto <\/strong>en su rango de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este reciente mes de agosto no ser\u00e1 uno m\u00e1s en la corta vida de Carla Rodrigo. La arandina del Machete Program<\/em><\/strong> entrenada por Pelayo Ramos <\/a><\/strong>se presentaba en la mayor competici\u00f3n de crossfit del planeta tras estar entre las mejores del ranking 2024<\/strong> y despu\u00e9s de una clasificaci\u00f3n algo apurada entrando en el Top 30<\/a><\/strong> el pasado mes de mayo en las viejas instalaciones de Huargo<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El inicio del verano vio a una Carla concentrada tras su presencia en algunas competiciones, pero con la mala fortuna de caer lesionado <\/strong>en una de ellas. Un percance que hizo dudar en alg\u00fan momento de su presencia la cita estadounidense. Pero el tes\u00f3n que caracteriza a la promesa del crossfit de las tierras del Duero la ha permitido llegar en un buen estado <\/strong>a la cita planetaria y agradecer a todo el mundo <\/strong>los apoyos mostrados durante todos estos meses, como ha publicado en sus rede sociales:<\/p>\n\n\n

Desarrollo de la prueba en siete wods<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El resultado final de Rodrigo se fragu\u00f3 en ese tes\u00f3n que la caracteriza tras siete wods en los que siempre estuvo en el Top 20<\/strong> de los participantes. As\u00ed, tras el estreno en el doble wod de carrera<\/strong>, primero 2.400 metros de carrera en pista (28\u00aa) y 600 metros m\u00e1s de obst\u00e1culos (29\u00aa) en el 2\u00ba wod con B-Ball<\/strong> mejorar\u00eda prestaciones dejando los nervios atr\u00e1s (26\u00aa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resultados a los que se sumar\u00eda el 22\u00ba puesto en el 3\u00ba wod de los siete preestablecidos en la competici\u00f3n. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, en snatch<\/strong> la arandina lograr\u00eda repeticiones m\u00e1ximas de 55 y 65 kilos. Ya en el 4\u00ba wod con protagonismo para los ejercicios en barra <\/strong>Carla fue 24\u00aa. A\u00fan restaban tres wod m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n

El 5\u00ba wod de caminata boca abajo<\/strong> fue el que mejor resultado registr\u00f3 para la de las tierras del Duero con su 21\u00aa posici\u00f3n. Y ya en la recta final, Rodrigo ser\u00eda 24\u00aa en el 6\u00ba wod –repeticiones<\/strong>– y 23\u00aa en el 7\u00ba y \u00faltimo wod –m\u00fasculo<\/strong>-.
